3. SMS/Text Message Privacy
If you opt-in to SMS notifications, the following applies:
- Your phone number is used solely for sending tee time-related notifications
- We send only informational/transactional messages (confirmations, reminders, alerts)
- We do NOT send marketing or promotional text messages
- We do NOT sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
- Message frequency varies based on your tee time activity (typically 2-6 messages per week during golf season)
- You can opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any message

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With your golf group organizers: To manage tee times and group communications
- With other group members: Your name may appear on tee time rosters visible to other players in your group
- With service providers: We use trusted third-party services for email delivery (SendGrid), SMS messaging (Twilio), and weather data (Visual Crossing)
- For legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- To protect rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
